Ethiopia - Alaka Indigenous Landrace

The Guji Hambella Alaka Community is a collective of dedicated farmers from Dimutu village, Alaka Kebele, Hambella District. They cultivate their coffee  at elevations between 1,900 and 2,100 meters, and the coffee benefits greatly from the rich terroir of the Guji region. It undergoes natural processing, a hallmark of Ethiopian coffee production, which helps the green coffee beans develop their rich and fruity notes. When brewed, the coffee is a delightful balance of stone fruits, grape-like acidity, and a tropical sweetness.
